Hotel facilities are available from the morning of reservation.

Please check-in at the front reception upon arrival (from 6:00). Hotel facilities such as the locker room, coin locker, restaurant, rental skiing, etc are available for use. If your room is vacant, you may check-in at an early time.

Shuttle buses to and from the skiing areas.

Shuttle buses run to and from the hotel and certain skiing areas. The use of these buses are free of charge. No reservation is necessary (Hakuba Minekata skiing area excluded). The time taken to reach each skiing area is approximately 10 - 20 minutes. According to road situations, some buses may not be able to operate on schedule.

The hotel will run a microbus for any customers that arrive later than the times shown above. Bus inquiries are accepted at the front reception.

There is a rental shop located in the hotel.
Rent is charged per day.
Skis (short skis and carving skis also available): 2,100 yen -
Snowboard: 3,150 yen -
Ski-wear: 2,100 yen -
Gloves: 1,050 yen -
Ski cap, goggles: 525 yen each -
Sled: no charge.

Hotel facilites may still be used after you have completed checking-out.

The locker room, coin locker, public bath, etc may still be used after you have checked out. Some tour packages may require payment for use of the public bath.

Ski lift discount.

You may buy tickets from the front reception at a discount price for Hakuba goryu and Hakuba 47 skiing area ski lifts. Discounts start from approximately 500 yen.
