Yuki korogashi

The name "Yuki korogashi" derives from the image of snow being rolled up into a ball by the wind. It was created in commemoration of 98 NAGANO OLYMPICS.
It is a Japanese rice cake covered in a sweet jam of Shinshu miso mixed with seeds of buckwheat.
Sold refridgerated in small (6 pieces, 525 yen), regular (12 pieces, 945 yen) and large (20 pieces, 1,470 yen) sets.
